Problem
Managing ongoing training assignments requires extensive maintenance. There is always the concern that workers might not have all of the correct training assigned to them. If they change jobs or departments their training assignments have to change to match the new job tasks and job conditions.
Solution
The Masterynet LMS Dynamic Assignments feature automatically updates assigned training based on the employee’s group memberships and the curriculums linked to those groups. When you change an employee’s groups the curriculums for that employee are instantly updated.
You can organize MasteryNet LMS to match your organizational structure. You define the group categories however you want. Once these categories are setup you can create an unlimited number of groups within the categories.
Then simply attach training curriculums to each group. Everyone who is a member of that group will automatically get the training assignment. Groups can have multiple curriculums attached to them and curriculums can be attached to multiple groups.
