Customizing your courseware is fun and easy using MODIFY™ from Mastery Technologies
During these two on-line sessions you will:
- Learn the basics of Instructional Design from a training professional.
- Experience the authoring process using various media types (video, audio, and graphic).
- Practice working with the most commonly-used features in Modify.
This training focuses on the MODIFY commands and features most commonly used. Incredibly, you will learn those features in less than two hours! To reinforce your learning, you'll get to practice with the actual content and activities provided in advance.
Topics Include:
- Planning Explore the planning stage—approximately 90% of the time spent developing courseware!
- Instructional Design Review Instructional Design and developing learning objectives.
- MODIFY Define MODIFY and the Mastery Shell product.
- Course Structure Explore the structure of a Mastery course.
- Scripting Identify the necessary and optional components of the script.
- Author Reinforce the Mastery course design and structure:
- Create a custom lesson with video, audio narration, and "timed" graphic screens
- Implement narrated questions
- Create a decision menu
- PowerPoint Graphics Learn how to save PowerPoint slides to graphic screens.
At the end of this training you'll be ready to create your own custom courses and/or customize an existing Mastery Training program for your individual company needs.
