Overview

This training refers to three in-depth tests used to assess the accuracy and repeatability of any injection molding machine at your facility. The three tests covered in Program Two are: The Dynamic Cavity Imbalance Test, The Mold Deflection Test, and The Tonnage Calculation Worksheet.

The Intelligent Molder Series will greatly benefit any participant of RJG's classroom-based, Master Molder(SM) Certification Series - either as a primer or as follow-up training. Since training contains advanced concepts, participants should have a thorough understanding of the injection molding process.
