Overview

At work, you have the right to know about any hazardous material you may encounter. For example, you may come in contact with a liquid that appears to be an ordinary cleanser, but later find out it is a toxic chemical. How do you know what poses a risk to your health and how to respond if exposed? This refresher training reminds employees how to recognize hazardous materials and take the proper precautions before beginning work.

This training program you reinforces what you have learned about your rights, how to use a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), how to read chemical labels, classes of toxic substances, corrosives and irritants, flammables and combustibles, carcinogens, personal protective equipment and chemical storage, exposures situations and handling spills.

This online training video prepares employees to seek out information regarding the chemicals they work with or around, helping to prevent accidents and keep the work environment safe.
