ESP Explained

Your Extended Support Plan has the following provisions:

Telephone Hotline Support

After your first 90 days, continue to use our telephone hotline service for no additional charge. Service is available from 8:30am till 5:00pm central time by calling 800-258-3837.

Non-subscribers pay a minimum of $42.50 per call after their startup period. You get all the hotline support you need for free.

Product Upgrades and Updates

You can download program and course updates free from our website whenever you need one. Plus we will automatically send you program upgrades every time a major release is announced. We will not bury you in updates with minor releases. We will ship updates on a single CD containing all course and product updates to automatically update all your programs and courses with a simple one-step process.

Non-subscribers pay $100 and more every time they get an update. You receive updates as often as you like for free.

System Upgrades

Whatever the reason—a new technology has just become available or some change in your operation has rendered your current system setup unusable, you can trade in your Mastery Runtime or LAN Training Server System for a higher performance Training Server System for a special ESP upgrade price.

Disc Replacements

Any currently published CD-ROM that is lost, stolen or damaged can be replaced at no additional charge (other than shipping and handling). If it's lost or stolen, simply send us written notification providing us with the exact title or product code. If the CD-ROM is damaged, return it with a note asking for a replacement. We will replace the CD-ROM immediately.

Non-subscribers pay $100 for lost, stolen or damaged CDs. Your replacements are free.

Your Cost

ESP fees are based on the number of licensed copies of the product or, in the case of Runtime Systems, the number of courses or shell-based course titles times the number of learners (hundreds of learners). Fees are invoiced and paid annually.
