Sign-on Format
The standard learner sign-on screen asks the learner to enter a nine-digit social security number. You can tailor the learner sign-on to ask for other ID numbers (maximum nine characters broken into a maximum of three segments). Back

Each supported language can have its own customer-defined sign-on format. Select the language you want your changes to affect.

Enter the specific text for the selected language to prompt for the learner's first and last name.

Enter the specific text for this language to prompt for the learner's ID code. If you wish to break the 9-character (maximum) alpha-numeric code into as many as three segments label each segment and enter a maximum character length for each.

The system provides for a second learner ID code (Learner ID Number 2) for each learner in your database. If you want to allow learners to log on using either ID code, check this box. If this box is checked you must define the primary learner ID on line 1 and the secondary ID on line 3.
