Training Manager is a powerful course management program that allows you to tailor options and features to meet your needs. You will use this system to manage the day-to-day training operations and the training delivery process.

Control any of the courses installed at this courseware location by selecting it from this pull-down list.
Tell the system what courses you would like active on the course listing menu allowing users access to it. Uncheck this box to hide this course from users.
You can scramble the order of the questions. This option causes quiz questions to be displyed to the learners in a random order even if question pools are not available for the course. This feature helps defeat cheating by users.
Follow-up Review is a unique feature of Mastery courseware. When this feature is activated, the system will remember the problem areas from a learner's previous session in a course. When the learner returns to the course it will give a review of those problem areas, reinforcing difficult concepts. This feature dramatically improves long term retention of course material.
The Express feature streamlines the entire training session. It saves training time if you want your workers trained in a single session. Express eliminates main course menus. When learners start the course the system will automatically take them through all lessons and quizzes without them having to make lesson selections. It will play the first lesson and quiz, then the second lesson and quiz, and so on until it finishes the last lesson. After learners finish the last lesson, it congratulates them and automatically signs them off and returns them to the sign-on screenready for a new learner.
Check this box to enable user printing of their own quiz results if user printing is enabled for this installation in the General folder.
Every course has an option for a pre-test. You can make the pre-test optional to each learner, not available to learners, or required by all learners.
Users select the display size of movie files with the zoom button. However, you can select the screen size for movie files when the user has not made a zoom adjustment (default size).
If video (movie) files are installed with more than one bitrate you can select the bitrate to be used by all users of the Runtime System. Select the bitrate from the pulldown list. Select "User" to allow users to make their own selection at the commencement of the course.
CD-ROM Jukeboxes and disc changers/towers are supported as local drive letters. Enter the drive letter assigned to this course title.
