This course discusses reasons, strategies, and tips for preventing ergonomic injuries or muscular-skeletal disorders (MSDs).
In this course, workers will learn how to make small but meaningful adjustments to their office equipment. Workers will understand how proper office ergonomics can help prevent and eliminate common ailments like back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and tendonitis. This training course also demonstrates stretches and other tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle both at work and outside of the office.
