Managing When: There's Conflict Between Team Members

Conflict among team members is inevitable, especially when people are passionate about their work. This course runs through a conflict between two team members and demonstrates some strategies to help solve their problems. The course demonstrates to managers why it’s important to not pick sides during a conflict, and how to take charge of the situation. This training shows how to help team members redirect their focus on problem solving to remove tension from the conflict.
