Leadership Webinars in July

This July we want to help you take your leadership to the next level with two webinars on leadership topics.

On July 14, Amy Forehand will be back with us to discuss “Leadership: The Hidden Power of One on Ones.” Amy presented this topic for us back in March, and it was so popular we asked her to present again. In this session Amy will teach you how to extract the untapped potential of one-on-one meetings to grow your team’s performance by focusing on each employee’s uniqueness and boost your own leadership skills.

Then, on July 30, Erika Monae, HR practitioner and leadership consultant, will be helping us learn how to “Level Up to Authentic Leadership.” Erika will breakdown her Leadership Iceberg Model, which consists of three levels for participants to build their leadership style and capabilities to they can be the positive change the future workforce needs. Erika focuses on the connection between self-awareness and leadership and how you can be your authentic self at work and give your team permission to be authentic as well to increase performance.
