Winter Safety Training

Just in time for the start of winter weather, this month we released a new course, Winter Safety. This new course, produced by Marcom, educates employees on a number of topics related to staying safe during the winter months.

This video educates viewers about how to survive cold weather and how to prepare for driving in winter. The course also covers tips for avoiding slips and falls and shoveling snow. The course also highlights how to avoid fire hazards from decorations, space heaters and fireplaces. Finally, learners get some tips for responsible drinking habits at holiday parties.

Training for Managing Performance

Managing performance is a key activity for successful leaders. This month we released four new titles, produced by TalentQuest, to help leaders develop and set goals and coach their teams to meet the goals.

The four new titles include:

Diversity and Inclusion in the New Year

We are kicking off 2020 with a repeat of our Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace webinar series. The four-part series will cover topics such as the importance of a DEI strategy, unconscious bias, empathy and allyship, and how a diversity strategy impacts an organization’s bottom line.

Each session will be presented by Ayana King, a diversity and inclusion advocate. Ayana has hosted a number of workshops on the challenges professionals face in relation to supporting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. We are excited to have her working with us again, to share her passion and commitment to such an important topic.
