Description: Mastery Training Services is a leader in the corporate online training marketplace. Mastery helps organizations meet their employee development and legal compliance training objectives by providing streaming training content and Mastery’s own Learning Management System. Mastery ensures organizations benefit from their employee development and training investments.

You will be responsible for Mastery’s growth, positioning Mastery as a preferred source of licensed content. You will develop relationships with decision makers that include Safety Directors, Training Managers, and Human Resources Directors. Mastery provides leads through ongoing marketing campaigns. You will maintain high activity via phone and email and occasional site visits.

Essential Functions

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas.

  • Skillfully match clients’ unique requirements within our licensing requirements.

  • Represent our library of eLearning titles to employers with 50-100,000 employees.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Win all business our outstanding products deserve licensed at surprising modest prices.


Basic Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of sales experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in the HR, safety, or employee development fields is a plus

  • Strong work ethic

  • Strong desire to win

  • Ability to be coached and to incorporate feedback
