All-Terrain Vehicles: Safe Operation & Use of ATVs

All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) are being used increasingly at work, making it imperative to know how to properly and safely operate one. This short instructional video provides information on how to correctly ride an ATV, conduct a pre-ride check, and properly navigate the vehicle on different terrains.

The video demonstrates conducting a pre-ride inspection, stressing the importance of knowing where the warning labels are on the vehicle and thoroughly reading the operator's manual. Reading the operator's manual is important because the parking, driving and reverse gears are located on different places with each bike. Besides knowing where the location of gears is it is important for the rider to become familiar with their vehicle.
