Driving Safety: The Basics

This training focuses on the importance of basic driving safety. Driving safety ranges from seatbelt safety, knowing driving rules and laws, and how to drive in bad weather. It is important to consider all aspects of driving, when learning about driving safety.

The training is divided into several major sections; Preparing to Drive Safely, The Fundamentals, Driving with Other Vehicles, Driving at Night and in Bad Weather, Distracted Driving and Road Rage, and Handling an Emergency. In the training, multi-tasking is pointed out as a distraction. It is suggested to stay focused, and to pull over if needed. The information in this training is a good reminder of things to consider when getting into a car as the driver.
