Now that you’re familiar with PowerPoint, you may start to notice some commands you use fairly frequently. Currently, you may be searching for these commands every time you want to use them, which can be frustrating. Through this Video On Demand, you will learn how to make these commands more accessible, thus saving you time and energy when making your presentation.
You may notice something called the Quick Access Toolbar, which is located above the Ribbon in the top left-hand corner. You can actually add all the commands you use most often to this Toolbar, which means you won’t have to search through the Ribbon every time you want to perform a certain task. You can control the information presented in other areas of the PowerPoint environment, areas such as the status bar and applications dialog box. Doing so will further customize the environment to your preferences, thus simplifying the entire presentation making process.
