Managing When: You Want To Offer Praise

What do you say when you see an employee do a great job? A simple, “great work” or “way to go” doesn’t offer the reinforcement and encouragement you might expect. This video presents different ways a supervisor should praise employees. This course details why, when, and how to properly offer praise to workers in a manner that encourages and motivates.
