This action is made for managers and is designed to help you establish short-term work goals. As a manager you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action employees gain a clear understanding of what they must deliver in the next three months. You will meet with each employee to determine what work the person must focus on and achieve within the next three months to support individual and team goals.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 30 minutes per employee.
