This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Identify someone who is good at conflict management who you can learn from.

This action is made for individuals and is designed to help manage conflict. As an individual working for a company, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to identify someone who is good at conflict management who you can learn from. You will identify a mentor who can help you build and strengthen your conflict management skills.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 1 to 3 hours.
