This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Identify what work is energizing to your employees.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help increase individual engagement. As a manager you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will identify what work is energizing to your employees. You will meet with your employees to identify the work that is most energizing to them.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 30 minutes.
