Accident Investigation

Many think when an accident occurs at work only an accident report has to be completed, however in many situations a thorough accident investigation has to be conducted. This is done not only for documentation purposes, but to prevent accidents from happening again.

Factors such as weather, noise, and environment contribute to accidents on the job. This training details the five step process in conducting an investigation and what factors to identify.
