Singularly focused on teaching employees how to solve problems, this course demonstrates how to break down a problem, and its solution, into manageable steps. Upon clearly defining a problem, this course shows employees how to analyze problems by learning to recognize their different types and components. Once one learns to identify the various aspects of a problem, they can devise and implement the best technique for evaluating, reviewing, and solving it.
