Building A Culture of Respect: Champion Diversity

This training is a part of a series focused on building more respectful workplaces. This course demonstrates how being a champion of diversity, when all people work with one another even if they have some differences, benefits everyone.

Tolerance is not the same as acceptance. It is just the beginning of understanding differences, but it still indicates possible negative feelings toward those different than ourselves. This course explains how treating each other with respect is incredibly important, and often people can find things they have in common even if other things like gender, religion, age, ethnicity, and race are different. This course demonstrates how employees can change their thinking and advocate for diversity.
