You probably have heard the term “performance management,” but what does it really mean, and what does it really accomplish? You may think it is just another term for the performance review process, but that would be incorrect. Performance management helps leaders drive engagement and leverage talent. This leadership training helps you move past performance reviews and toward performance management - day to day engagement that optimizes and unleashes the power of your workforce.

To inspire performance, it is important to recognize the difference between poor performance and poor conduct. One instance of poor performance is an opportunity to coach and drive growth and improvement. Poor conduct, however, reflects one’s values; an instance of poor conduct may immediately lead to termination.
