Overview

This training teaches the importance of Good Manufacturing Practices, or GMPs, for the food production industry. Washing hands aren’t the only important hygiene practice; other examples include working in clothing supplied to a worker by the company, as well as containing hair, and reporting rashes. This training focuses on ways to keep manufacturing plants clean and free of contamination.

The training is divided into five sections, and each section is based on a specific emergency situation. These sections are; Introduction, General Hygiene, Maintenance Methods and GMPs, GMP Maintenance - Pest Control, and GMPs Production. Take this course to learn how to do your part in using GMPs at work.
