Respect at Work: A Sense of Belonging

Only 37 percent of U.S. employees strongly agree that they are treated with respect at work, highlighting how much room there is to build stronger workplace relationships (Gallup). This course explores what belonging really means, from acceptance and connection to treating everyone with respect and fairness.

You will learn how everyday interactions shape workplace culture, why getting along matters, and how respectful behavior can strengthen collaboration and engagement.
