Harassment or discrimination because of a person’s religious views is illegal and not tolerated in any workplace.

Based upon Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits harassment and discrimination based on sincerely held religious beliefs, this course details the legal and practical aspects of this Act. In clear and simple terms, this course enables employers to become and remain compliant by addressing the following topics: Who is Protected?; Harassment; Segregation; Reasonable Accommodation for Religious Practices and Dress and Grooming; Undue Burden of Hardships; and Retaliation.

Present this course to provide a compliant, safe, and comfortable workplace that treats all employees with dignity and respect, regardless of their religion or beliefs.
